Veri Silme

Tnex Otomasyon araçlarının işlediği verilerinizin (ör. bir işletmeye WhatsApp veya Instagram üzerinden gönderdiğiniz mesajlar) silinmesini istiyorsanız:

1. tnexstudio@gmail.com adresine “Veri silme talebi” konulu bir e-posta gönderin.
2. E-postada mesaj gönderdiğiniz işletmeyi ve telefon numaranızı ya da Instagram kullanıcı adınızı belirtin.

Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde işleme alınır ve verileriniz sistemlerimizden silinir; sonuç size e-postayla bildirilir.

Google hesabınızla verdiğiniz erişimi, Google hesabınızın “Üçüncü taraf erişimi” ayarlarından istediğiniz zaman kaldırabilirsiniz. Ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası.

Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data processed by Tnex Otomasyon tools (e.g. messages you sent to a business via WhatsApp or Instagram):

1. Send an email titled “Data deletion request” totnexstudio@gmail.com.
2. Include the business you contacted and your phone number or Instagram username.

Your request is processed within 30 days at the latest, your data is deleted from our systems, and you are notified by email.

You can remove access granted through your Google account at any time from its “Third-party access” settings. See the Privacy Policy for details.
